Family Friendly Nature Walk

Join us for a leisurely walk as we explore the early blooming wildflowers in the Knights Ferry area.

We will meet in the southern parking lot at Knights Ferry recreation area to explore the early blooming flowers and other early spring wildlife!

All ages welcome! Bring binoculars if you have them and plenty of water!

This event is hosted by the North San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the California Native Plant Society and the Stanislaus Audubon Society, and the walk will be led by individuals from those organizations.

After the walk, they will continue on a driving tour, but we will be staying for a picnic lunch, so be sure to bring something to eat. There are picnic tables, but you may want to bring blankets or chairs to sit on as well.
